Meet Nancy Grabe, MSW, CCTP

Nancy Grabe is a seasoned family therapist, Christian counselor, and parenting coach with over 38 years of experience helping families navigate the challenges of raising tweens and teens. She holds a Master’s in Clinical Social Work and is certified as a Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), Brain Health Coach, Empowerment Dynamic Coach, and Forgiving Forward Coach. Nancy works with families from all backgrounds — Christian, Jewish, Muslim, atheist — and creates a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where parents feel supported and understood.

Nancy has helped families dealing with anxiety, depression, learning differences, anger, lack of motivation, disrespect, and LGBTQ+ challenges. She also supports couples in getting on the same page, whether parenting together, divorced, or blended families. Married for over 40 years, she’s a proud mom of two grown sons, a daughter-in-law, and a joyful new grandmother. Nancy brings both personal wisdom and professional insight to every conversation — and she’s honored to walk alongside families as they build stronger, more connected homes.

Lori Ennis is a certified Maxwell Coach, trainer, speaker, and DISC Consultant with over 20 years of executive experience across industries, including healthcare, aviation, retail, and manufacturing. She’s held key roles such as Vice President of Talent, Leadership & Development, Chief of Staff to the CEO, and Director of HR for U.S. operations at a global company. Lori holds an MBA from Belmont University, a degree from the University of Tennessee, and certifications in coaching, training, public speaking, and behavioral assessments like Maxwell DISC.

As co-founder of Foundational Nexus and founder of Workwell Nexus, Lori brings her passion for personal growth and communication into the heart of family life. She’s a proud mom to a grown son and understands firsthand the joy and challenge of parenting as well as blending families together. Lori believes leadership starts at home — and her calm, strategic presence helps parents build confidence, gain clarity, and foster lasting connection with their kids. She lives in the Atlanta area and is dedicated to helping families thrive at home and at work.
